  • Customer service will be emphasized in all decisions that affect our company’s business or products
  • Ownership of our company’s products will include pleasant and efficient service
  • Our products will be competitively priced
  • We will provide products with consistently good quality, and there will be no distinction between product and service
  • Engineers and manufacturing personnel associated with the design, inspection, and manufacture of our products must be accessible to review any field concerns. This includes either customers visiting our plant, our visiting customers’ plants, or telephone conversations
  • We will coordinate our service goals with our sales representatives, we will train our sales representatives (both directly and through interaction) to provide basic services at the rep level, and we will make the customers aware of this advantage
