We believe that meeting customer service expectations is essential to fulfilling our mission. Therefore
Customer service will be emphasized in all decisions that affect our company’s business or products

Engineers and manufacturing personnel associated with the design, inspection, and manufacture of our products must be accessible to review any field concerns. This includes either customers visiting our plant, our visiting customers’ plants, or telephone conversations
